Cannot login to systems management page after update

Cannot login to systems management page after update

Since applying the latest proliant support pack to a number of DL380 G4 servers I am unable to login to the systems management page on those servers. I can still login to servers that I haven't applied the support pack to without any issues.

with updating to 7.20 SmartStart the login credit refer to the Local system accounts.

Try the local Administrator with the given password. This should work.

If you want to use other users, you have to administer them afterwards through the management HP.

Ok, thanks. That's worked for my member servers but not my domain controllers which don't have any local accounts. Do you know how I can access these?

specify a domain user that is a member of the administrators group using the syntax

Domainname\username
