Error when launching HP Management Agents on citrix server

Hello, I've the same problem on 2 citrix server:
- Proliant DL 360g4
- PSP 7.80
- disk are mapped like m:\ and n:\

-> when I launch the "HP Management Agents" from the control panel, I got the error message: "An Exception occured while trying to run "m:\windows\system32\shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL"M:\Windows\system32\cpqmgmt.cpl",HP Management Agents"

Any Ideas??

Not sure, try Deploying pre-configured agents through either the Integrity Support Pack or the Install Software and Firmware tools.
