How can we get SNMP alert from Servers behind firewall?

We have some servers behind firewall. SNMP is blocked in firewall. We have't getting any alerts from these servers. Central Management Server(CMS) is in internal n/w. ILO of these servers are connected to the internal n/w. Is it possible to send host SNMP messages through ILO N/W. Is there any other options available?
