How to do grouping of custom queries ?

In SIM 5.0 I can see that the default queries are grouped in the menu and can be expanded/collapsed, but how do I create a custom query that can be placed "under" another to group them together the same way ?
Whenever I try to save a query I can only choose location from the existing public places and cannot create a new group like in SIM 4, I must be missing some step ?

In the Systems and Events panel click on "Customize...". Then click "New...". Opt for "Choose members individually". Now straight away click "Save As". Enter your folder name and select it's parent (Private is "My Favorites" in 4.2 terms and Shared is "Public" in 4.2 terms) from the dropdown box and then click on "OK". This creates a folder for you. Then you can create queries and place under them.
