How to reassign the license "HP Insight Control" for other server?

Hi!

I was mistaken and assigned the license HP IC for other server - now I can't assign this license for the correct server.

I did deleting of HP SIM database of other server - but the license is all the same locked in License Manager.

 

How to me to assign the license to the correct server?

 

HP SIM  7.1

Windows 2008 R2
