HP NC320i PCIe NIC - Status: Link Failure

I have three identical ML310 G4s running Server 2008 SP2 x64. They all have the latest NC320i, Agents, SMH and HP Network Config updates installed.

When using SNMP as a data source, the NICs report improperly as:
Status: Link Failure
Interface Status: Failed
Speed: Unknown

On the other hand, I get some data correctly:
IP V4 Address: 10.60.15.20
Bytes: 481162304


WBEM data source doesn't have this problem. I've tried searching for this one and haven't found anything.
