HP SIM 4.2 - System Type?
Hi
Running HP SIM 4.2 Build Version:C.04.02.00.00.
I have all servers displayed in the table BUT the Question i want to ask is how do i get the 'system type' column to display 'server' next to the name of the server?
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..! thanks.

Re: HP SIM 4.2 - System Type?
Unknown means it has identified a protocol but cannot get the information it needs or cannot match the device.
Typically you need SNMP configured correctly to get any server identfied. You need the Community name entered into HPSIM and the same Community Name on the remote Server. Searching these forums will get more detail.
