Hi all,
Iam unable to get this system fully into SIM. It shows some of the information but does not show the full configuration as my EVA's do. I've attached a BMP to show what SIM sees. Any help would be be great.
regards

Re: HP SIM & HP P2000 G3
Hello,
i have also purchased 2 P2000G3, FC.
I have added the Controller iP to HP SIM. I have read, i do not need to install smi-s proxy on a server, because is already built in controller firmware.
But i also see only the "overall" health.
Is there no view for:
fans? Disks? Controller ports? etc.?
Used space, vdisks?
Do we have to use SNMP?
Regards

SolutionHi,
I deleted the original entry in SIM. In Discovery I added a new job and entered the Snmp String , also the login to the P2000 G3 web page. Ran discovery job which found the MSA, waited 10 minutes came back and the storage luns etc were populated.
Try that.
Regards

Re: HP SIM & HP P2000 G3
Hi,
Do you mean I must see drives, LUN's etc inside the SIM ? I tried all the step descibed above but I see only overall health and nothing more.
My protocol settings is look like this: Management Protocols SNMP:1.0, SSH:SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_5.2
So, WBEM is missing.
How could I add it or what I must do more ?
