HPSIM service is not installed

I'm getting 'The HP Systems Insight Manager Service is not installed.' after the upgrade and a reboot.
Looking at the services, everything seems to be running fine, but it is not starting.
Any ideas why?

Weird! I have logged out and logged in as local admin which then worked!
Then I have logged out again and logged in as me and it started to work again.
