Move SIM to new server?

I have SIM 4.1 (sp1) installed on what is to be a temporary server, using the MSDE dB. I need to move this to a new server soon. I am using Trust by certificate. Is there an easy way to handle the certificates - last time I had to do this, I had to go and do a 'get cert' on all the IM agent web pages.... very time consuming. I didn't have the 'old' SIM server available at the time - could I add the new server cert to one agent, then push this out via the old server before taking it away?

The easiest method would be to use the data migration tool to move to a new server when HP SIM 4.2 comes out in a couple of weeks.
