Re: mxdomainmgr high memory but few monitored servers
Perhaps an idea...
In All Events, every minutes i've an entry from the same server :
"Not cleared - Informational - WBEM Providers started"
to test i've deleted the host, restart HP SIM service .. i will see on next hours if it's better

Re: mxdomainmgr high memory but few monitored servers
If the events keep coming try to add the server again and unsubscribe from events for that server.
Kind regards,
Andrew

Re: mxdomainmgr high memory but few monitored servers
If you get a lot of events the sim database also would be large. So what size is you db and logfiles?
The wbem provider event normaly is only received when a wbem service is restarted. Do you see events in the eventviewer for restarting wbem service on your remote servers or local SIM server?
My SIM server memory usage varies from 3 to 6 gb for a setup with around 2000 objects so you should not see this extreme memory usage.

Re: mxdomainmgr high memory but few monitored servers
I am afraid you should create a support case with HP, let them analyse your log files by sending a hps report.
Sorry i can't help you.
Kind regards,
Andrew

SolutionHi
I finally open a case and have an answer for my issue (with all prerequisite we discuss before)
1. Rename traps folder and create a new one
2. Install SIM72_hotfix_2013_Nov_win
Now the TRAP folder is better managed and memory is about 2.3Go after 1 day and CPU is not anymore at 50% but 0-10%
