problem with systems insight manager

I have a recurrent error in event viewer from systems insight manager. I attach an image from the error. Can someboy knows what is the possible cause of it?

The problem arises when the username and password of the database is changed.

Is the service getting started if not run the following command

mxpassword -r -x MxDBUserPassword
mxpassword -a -x MxDBUserPassword=
