Proliant 1600

I have a Proliant 1600 that shows critical in Insight Manager. When I login to the management agents as administrator the status shows major but there are no failed or degraded items, it says none. I have restarted the server and also removed and added the device in insight manager.

We're running some PL 1600's and I've not seen a similar issue.
What versions of the Agents?

Try checking and clearing any events in the Integrated Management Log.

Can you ping the device from the HPSIM Server?
