Scheduling Automatic Event Handling Tasks

I have 2 custom "Event Handling Tasks" set to email on disk status change and tape drive unit change.
However nether of them have run and I cannot seem to find a way of scheduling them.
Anyone know how to.
I am propb missing something simple,
Any help appreciated.

I've just posted a new message about this. I am interested in receiving a notification upon failure of a single disk though. I want my SIM server to email upon failure of a single drive in a RAID setup. Even though the logical drive may still be intact due to RAID, I still want to receive a page/email to inform me a disk drive needs to be replaced.

Have you made any progress with this issue?
