SIM 7.1 Enhanced reports locking out service account

Hello!  I am having an issue with the enhanced reports locking out my AD service account in SIM 7.1.  It doesn't happen when using the regular reporting functions, but after running a couple of the enhanced reports I get the following error:

 

jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://<myserver>:1433/Insight_v50_0_11460811;loginTimeout=20;domain=<mydomain>;instance= - Insight_v50_0_11460811

 

I am running a local install of SQL Server Express. 

 

I have attached a screenshot of the error - certain info has been blocked out, I'm sure you understand. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

 

I have a case open at HP for this one for several months now... Today there was a 3rd line support engineer busy on our SIM server, without result... It seems to be inside the Crystal Reports viewer that causes the error...

 

But no solution yet so far...

I hope they get this figured out for us.  Good news:  I'm not alone.  Bad news:  I'm not alone and they haven't fixed it yet.
