SIM INTEGRATION WITH SERVICE DESK ERROR
Hi all,
I am integrating Service desk 4.5 with SIM 5.0 version. But when i creat a custom command in SIM 5.0 and execute it,the following error has come:
"Environment variable SD_EVENTHOME not set".
But it exists on environment variables lists.
So can anybody help me to come out from this situation.
Great points will be rewarded.
Thanks
Ankit

Re: SIM INTEGRATION WITH SERVICE DESK ERROR
try to search the integration pack on SIM page.
Also bear in mind to set the environmental variable in old DOS style ( I mean path to the directory). Probablu it should help. I used to have the problem couple of month ago and if I'm not mistaken that was a solution
Bye
