SMH missing from System Page, Identity Tab

SMH missing from System Page, Identity Tab

I have one server that when I click on it from the home page of SIM, the "more information" bullets is missing, and there is no SMH link under it like all the rest. How do I have this appear? I am using SIM 5.0.

Mickey,
HPSIM decides whether or not it can access the SMH when it does discovery of the nodes. If for some reason the SMH was not started yet or in some non-responsive state, HPSIM might have thought that the SMH was not available on the system. You might try to run an "identify" task on the single system again and see if the SMH link appears after that.
