System is Unreachable to OVO

I have integrated SIM with OVO, and i need to pass the message -System Is Unreachable to OVO. I did Managed Task with the Event and send the message to Ovo with the opcion formard Snmp ( To server Ovo). But the message at Ovo arrives with the next message

REad Erro Ocurred (10040), this message read it with SNMP trap . Software of SNmp not with OVO, WIht Ovo do not have message .

How Can i Sent this message Ok to OVO ???
