Hi 

System management homepage uses one of 2 X protocols to populate all the information in SMH.

So you need to either use SNMP or WBEM

If you select SNMP from SMH settings then you need to install the below management agents

If you select WBEM as a protocol from SMH settings then you need to install using below link

If you select SNMP then you need to configure settings under snmp
How to congifure
From Windows select > snmp services >Right click SNMP services > Select properties
Now on the top select tabs "Security" > configure "public" as read community and "private" as write community.
Similary select the tab "traps" > configure "public" as read community and "private" as write community.

Now come back to SMH and select SNMP protocol under settings evrything will be populated in SMH

If you are planning to select WBEM you dont have to configure any settings
just install the package and all will be configured.
