Re: VCA: No Reference Support Pack from VCRM for W2k8R2 servers?

I imported PSP 8.50 into the VCRM. The Machine that hosts VCRM is using PSP 8.20 (I think).

Yes, I upgraded VCRM from 2.2 to 6.1.0.841.

I created a software baseline for windows 2008 R2, and VCA can see this. We don't normally create custom baselines though, and rely on using the downloaded (or uploaded) proliant support packs in VCRM.

Any thoughts on how to get the default 8.5 PSP for Win 2008 R2 working in VCRM?

(Thank you Predator and Logapriyan - your help is much appreciated!:)))

you can check the VCRM's catalog page and see R2 Support pack is showing under which Operating system.

also can check if your Custome baseline and R2 PSP are showing under same Operating system.
