VPM patch problem

Hello,

We are using VPM since 2 weeks now and we have notice two bugs while pushing patch on one of our W2K3 servers.
1. When I look at the View Patches installed, one of the patches stills in Install - Requested state.
2. When clicking on the Previous button, it crashes with a java.exception error
