HP IP Console Switch 3x1x16 Login?

Hi,

We bought a console switch (used), and have all of our servers setup to where we can use with KVM locally. However, when trying to use remoting with HP Console Viewer, It asks for a login/password before you can view any server in the switch. How do we figure this out or reset? I do not get prompted when managing through a console port.

checked the admin interface?

there is a serial port on the back of it, can you configure it through that? Maybe there is a web admin?

Yes, when I connect through the serial port there is no options in there for this user. I am not aware of a web admin.

For some you have to call HP..

I found it in the IP Console guide. It is just Admin with no password.
