HP IP console switch G2 2x1ex16 - af621a login issue

Good morning fellas ,

I am having an issue locating the logs of this TS kvm . Can you assist me in finding the logs cause they are needed for troubleshooting as in the past month 2 times users couldnt login in while their credential were ok and they had to restart the machine in order to connect again normally.

The LDAP timeout has been set to 15 minutes. Any advices?
