HP kvm 2x1x16 low screen resulotion

Hi
I have 6 new DL380G5 and 1 kvm switch 2x1x16 w/VM.
4 of my 6 DL380G5 have max screen resulotin 1024x768 and 2 have 1280x1024.
I want 1280x1024 on all my servers!
All server have same graphics driver 6.14.10.6583(ATI ES 1000)
I have tested and my conclusion is that the IA (Interface Adapter) is the problem, but all IA have same version.
IA: ver. 03.00.06.4
Kvm: ver.01.00.19.01

Confused!!
