HP R3000 UPS

I am currently investigating an issue with a  HP R3000 2U DTC Intl UPS

The unit currently flashing all lights the unit has been disconnected completely from power and re connected but issue still occurs. 

 

Unit is out of warranty, according to the manual this means that an internal fault has occured. I did not know if replacing the batterys might resolve it?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
