HPE R/T3000 G4 High Voltage INTL Uninterruptible Power System

Dear HPE Team,

We have HP UPS (HPE R/T3000 G4 High Voltage INTL Uninterruptible Power System) which is power backup of our HP medium redundant servers. I found from logs that UPS is disconnected automatically from the power in few intervals. I checked the source power from our maintananace dept and power source is stable and found no fluctuation.

Why UPS is disconnecting by itself? What is the issue with the UPS? Could you please help me regarding this?
