iLO4 - Unidentified Ethernet Network Port Reported As "Degraded" in iLO 4 System Info Page

With reference to the below relevant Troubleshooting Guidance

You are kindly requested to clarify and confirm, if the same Troubleshooting Guidance is approved and correct for HPE ProLiant Gen9-series server configured with Adapter 2 - HP Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 331i Adapter instead of Fibre Channel. 

Please advise if the Adapter 2 - HP Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 331i Adapter status found “OP_STATUS_DEGRADED” , this means port physically not connected or unidentified.
