IP Console switch 3x1x16 username?

I inherited a 3x1x16.
I've got access via serial cable to the menus.

I am trying to use the IP Console Server software to connect to my 3x1x16 for virtual ip kvm use.

It askes for a username/password. Any ideas what the defaults are? Can they be reset to defaults?

I have a similar problem with my IP KVM.

But, it only ask for the current passwor (no username), either from the local console of over the serial port.

And the web management isn't working.  I can ping the IP address of the KVM, but no port are opened (22, 80 or 443).

Did you managed to reset to factory default?
