PSiD Drives Wiping
Hi All,
Question I am having some serious issues when trying to wipe some SeaGate/HP Sas Drives that have PSiD.
Model Number : - ST600MP0006 600gb SAS Seagate Exos 15E900 Firmware 6F00
System Being Used to connect the drives : - DL580 Gen 5 with Windows Server 2019 Installed.
Software tried: - Seagate SeaTools, KillDisk, DBAN and various others. I can test the drives using Seatools and they all pass but any attempt to wipe the drives using all the options above fail and nothing seems to be working.....Am I missing something here?
All help appreciated
Regards Dave

Re: PSiD Drives Wiping
Hello,
The Array Configuration Utility user guide does not appear to have an option to erase any disk. Hence, it may be possible that this feature may not be available.
