raid card installation error LSI 9211 8i

Hello,
I want to install a raid card (lsi 9211 https://www.fnac.com/mp41942628/Carte-controleur-PCIe-2-0-SAS-SATA-6GB-8-Ports-INTERNES-LSI-9211-8i-Raid -0-1-1E-10/w-4) on my ProLiant ML350p Gen8 server
unfortunately I have a red screen that tells me an NMI error and I'm stuck.
In ILO, I have 2 errors:
System Error: Unrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occurred. System Firmware will log additional details in a separate IML entry if possible
PCI Bus: Incorrect PCI Express Error (Slot 2, Bus 0, Device 1, Function 0, Error status 0x00004000)
Could you tell me why this is not working?

thank you for your reply.
I bought this card because the embedded card (smart array P420i) does not allow me to do jbode. I specify that I want to install proxmox and use ZFS as file system. For this, I have activated the hba mode with hpssacli:
Command: hpssacli controller slot=0 modify hbamode=on forced

after a look on google i found there is no way to boot on HBA mode from disks on the controller

Could you confirm that the card I bought is not compatible?

If so, which model should I buy or what should I do to access my disks in hba mode.

That is not supported with this server.

Supported SAS HBA is 650933-B21 however i am not sure if that solve your purpose.
