SGeSAP 4.51 cleanipc issue ?

hi
During failover SAP experienced statrsap failure :
*** ERROR => Es2IResCreate: shmget failed (17: File exists) http://es2ux.c 214

the routine clean_ipc in sap.fucntions calls cleanipc can't removed
/usr/sap/CPQ/DVEBMGS00/data/SAP_ES2_00_000 suceffully that caused created faulire. Wonder if anyone has this experience if can be fixed by SGeSAP patches ? or alternative solution ?
