I have issue to access home folder in NAS. Im using winxp and when i trying to access home folder in NAS it pop up error " Access denied". I ask NAS team to check and according to permission setting, there is no issue
Below is link and permission on that folder
\\esdxtts004.saa.dt.com\unix-home\a\qqww000
drwxr-x--- 6 qqww000 qqww000 4096 Apr 8 2010 qqww000
Anyone can help me to give someidea why i still could not access to my home folder?
Thanks
BR
Naj

SolutionYou don't. You need to ask your NAS team.
Otherwise about the only way a user can test it is to open up the permissions on the directory to everyone and then see who created a new file.
Did this ever work since Apr 2010?
