EX470 Smart Server Failed - No Health Indicator Light
I have an EX470 Media Smart Server. It has failed. All the drive lights show red. The power and network lights are blue. The health indicator light is not lit. I have done the paper clip reset.
I have tried to initiate recovery, but the program cannot find the server.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
