How to replace an HP surestore autobackup PC 100 ?
What would be your recommandation to replace an HP surestore autobackup PC 100.
Does it exist same kind of machine that work the same way today ?
Or is there client/server software that could replace it which would be as simple of use and configuration ?
EG

Re: How to replace an HP surestore autobackup PC 100 ?
Hi,
The software on the Autobackup was OEM:ed from a company called Previo. The weblink is:
http://www.previo.com
There you should be able to find more info on the software and that is XP capable as well where the Autobackup is not.
The Previo company was bought by Altiris in somewhere 2002.
I know the Previo software was bought by licence for X units and then it could be installed on a normal Desktop/Workstation. Then the functionality was similat to the Autobackup but with more features.
Regards,
SCOOTER
