HP 3 IN 1 NAS Docking Station

I am starting a new thread because I am getting a little lost in the thread I was in. My laptop is not recognizing the NAS for backup. All of the USB ports work. No one around here seems to know how or why. I am running Vista Business on the laptop. If you can help me set it up, it would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem, could you let me know if you fix yours and if you are recognizing your hard drive in your docking station.
