HP 3-in-1 nas docking station

My client has an HP 3-in-1 nas docking station for NX9420.

We renamed the unit DOCKINGSTATION

The backup software either HP or Vista continues to ask for login password to get access to the drive.

She is already mapped to the drive.

When Vista tries to remember the authentication it fails later on.

What is the proper authentication syntax for the username?

How do I get Vista or HP Backup and recovery manager not to prompt for login at the time of Backup?
