HP Storageworks NAS 1000s Network Adapter Issue 305016-B21

I can't get the network adapter to work. I've tried to download the driver for the network adapter but the installers always say that the hardware isn't supported. Can anyone tell me where in the world I can get a driver for this machine? Thanks.

please provide screehshot of device manager for this card also properties under network configuration
did it worked before ?
