Installing USB PCI card on NAS 1200S

Hi !
I would like to know if anyone have tried to install a normal PCI card with 3 or 4 usb 2.0 ports in a StorageWorks NAS server 1200S. I would like to know if the usb ports will be recognized by the Windows OS, without any problem.
I need to install this PCI card because I have some usb peripherals I would like the server uses.
