licensing of HP ACU

Hello I would like to ask how is HP ARRAY DIAGNOSTIC UTILITY licensed whether it is bundled with a license or it is a stand alone product I mean I know it is a part of proliant servers but I couldn't find anywhere on HP support pages any information about its licensing or if anyone could adress me to the right pages or place where I could find any relavant information I would be very gratefull thx

this is not licensed you can download for
free from Firmware/drivers section on hp web page , just select proliant models
