MediaVault - what a joke!!!
Anyone thinking of getting a mediavault might want to think twice! If you read the forums you'll see that everyone has had a drive failure and the warranty support is a joke! Mine has been get "repaired" for 4.5 weeks now and no one at HP can tell me when it will be ready because apparently no one can look that information up even though it's only waiting for a drive. 4.5 weeks to get a drive replaced and when I asked them to send it to me to fit myself (saving them the effort) they refused saying it had to be repaired by them. What an absolute joke of a system and a company! My advice to anyone - buy something else and save yourself the headaches.
