SPM shows Active-Active on one Volume

Hi all,
we are running two NAS4000s attached to an MSA 1000 as a MS Cluster.
Since a crash one logical disk is ever shown in SPM as active-active, both MSA controllers connectet to the volume. The others are normal active-passive. We have erased the volume from the cluster config, but the volume is completely unusable. You cannot format or repartition it because of its active-active state.
How can we release one controller from the volume to make the disk usable again?

Regards
Frank
