SureStore AutoBackup PC100 (Restore from DLT tapes)

Dear Sir,

I was trying to restore my PC100 from backup tapes but failed. The error showed that the restore was failed due to cannot read from tapes. It happened to all tape copies. However, all backups were completed successfully.

Any idea on what went wrong?
