about ultrium 3 tape backup

about ultrium 3 tape backup

Hi,

I have tape drive which is ultrium 3 scsi. When i take backup with that drive the backup size is around 430GB but the tape cartidge shows the size in the backup software is around 390GB. How could that possible? I attached the log below. Please help me .......
