ARCserve 15 SP1 too slow to copy mailboxes exchange

Hi Guys.

since I have installed a new computer for backup, HP StorageWorks MSL2024, and running the ARCserve Backup 15, I have problems when performing the backup of Exchange Server mailboxes, it makes them extremely slow to 100MB/Min And when you copy from another server to do 1GB/Min about, I contacted support but still not give me a definitive solution, since the backup takes over 16 hours.

as information could they comment that the Exchange server, is running on a Virtual server HyperV, and ARCserve is installed and running on an HP Proliant DL320 server

everything worked perfectly with the version 12 of ARCserve.
