Back takes over 9 hours to start

I have an issue w/ Data protector. Backup is scheduled for 11pm, but doesn't start backing up objects until after 8 AM. Any idea why this would happen? Log file info:

Seems some issue on the server end. The software is taking time to determine what need to be backup. Means reading the contents on the server. Backup takes only 46 minutes to complete and 44 minutes to complete verification. It is taking time to build backup list..

I am having the same problem, and as far as I can see on this thread, it has not been addressed in such a way that I can fix the problem by following the advice given.

Thank you in advance for any help that you can be to make our backups run more smoothly.
