Backup and Retore Issues with DP Express 4.00-sp1

Using full backup on a daily basis, have created separate backup jobs for each day:

1. Cannot view media content of any cartridge, the media clearly shows that it has data (in GBs) but media content is blank

2. Cannot restore from a specific cartridge as the selection screen only shows the data from last backed up cartridge
