backup fails on a file system

Hi

MSL 6030 tape library is connected to a hp-ux server and it is giving the below error for a file system backup.

Not a valid mount point => aborting

I checked and the relevent file system was mounted on the system.
any clues mostly appriciated.

can you be more spesific?

r u using hpux fbackup or normal tar command to backup?

any output from ioscan -funC tape?

Not the library is giving this message, this comes from a backup application.

Data protector?

Without more details nobody can help you.

sorry for the in sufficient info.
yes its Data protector.

solved the issue since it was trying to backup an unmounted file system.
removed the file system from backup specification.
