Best way to setup BackupExec with Hp G2 Autoloader?

Hi,
I am looking for ideas as to the best way to configure my backups.
I have BE 11d. I have a StorageWorks 1/8 G2 Autoloader (8 slots/LTO tapes).

The server is only backing itself up. Only about 80gb of data. I need to keep minimum 90 days of recoverable media. I imagine with so much storage space, I could run Full backups every night, or I could continue to run Full backups once a week followed by incrementals. How would this play into the decision to create partitions or not?

Should I create partitions? Or just load up all 8 slots and let it fly?

I know there are many options here, so I'd like to sort of open a dialogue and see what others do.
