Can't find firmware for C5171J (7215W) Library

I have a C5171J Library which I believe had an incorrect firmware loaded. I have been looking for the correct firmware but I have been unsuccessful so far. Also would like a maintenance manual if anyone has a link to it I would appreciate it.

Thank you. This appears to be the same version I have loaded. My concern is it says it is for a C5173-7000 Library whereas my label says Product C5171J. Are they the same? After loading the firmware I have a "Door Open" error when the door is closed no matter what I do. I was hoping to find a Maintenance manual which might show a part number for the door switch or a test to see if the switch was working or a method to bypass the Door Open error. Any further assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
