Cartridge in unknown status

I have an Acer Altos with HP StorageWorks DAT 72 SCSI.

I have 5 tape and, one month ago, only two of these were recognized. So i buyied new tape.

But these tapes ( i have tried with two of these ) are unrecognized : the green led after a while goes off.

Using LTT, it says that the cartridge is in unknown status.

I also have update the firmware and the windows driver.

I use windows 2003 and windows backup.
